Heli operator take up of Web Manuals grows
Helicopter operators now equate to more than 10 per cent of Web Manuals' customer base, demonstrating the growing demand for digitalisation from this industry sector.
Vice president of sales Krister Genmark.

Doubling its helicopter customer base in the past two years, Web Manuals has witnessed the move to digitalise being accelerated by the global Covid-19 pandemic, with operators keen to use this time to improve operational efficiency.

Vice president of sales Krister Genmark says: “Enabling better management of helicopter documentation through digitalisation increases efficiency and improves safety, both of which are crucial to this industry. We are pleased to see more helicopter operators recognise the benefits.”

Web Manuals' cloud-based application allows operators to edit, review, distribute and monitor compliance across all helicopter manuals and documentation, saving time and administrative costs while improving regulatory compliance and flight safety. For operators who select Web Manuals' integrated compliance libraries, the application automatically highlights sections of documentation that require updating because of changed regulations, which makes it quicker and easier to always remain compliant.
