West Star paints first Lineage at Chattanooga
West Star Aviation has completed its first paint project of an Embraer Lineage aircraft. It undertook the work at its Lovell Field location in Tennessee, completing it in just over one month.
The Chattanooga paint hangar is one of only a few MROs large enough to facilitate the Lineage.

US business aviation MRO specialist West Star Aviation has completed its first paint project of an Embraer Lineage aircraft at its Lovell Field location in Chattanooga, Tennessee, one of its four full service facilities.

“We were excited to be able to offer our state-of-the-art paint facility to the customer and complete their requested paint project within a short timeframe, while also exceeding their expectations with the final delivery,” says paint programme manager Jeremy Turnbough.

Of the four full service locations, Chattanooga has the newest and largest paint facility at 48,000 sq ft, with the ability to accommodate larger aircraft. The Lineage was received on 30 October and delivered back to the customer on 4 December. West Star's Chattanooga paint hangar is among only a few MROs that can facilitate the sizeable Lineage aircraft. The recently announced expansion will allow for even more space to assist customers with their MRO services at the facility.

The Chattanooga location offers paint, maintenance, engine, interior and avionics repairs.
