US chef makes plant-based designs on XTI eVTOL
XTI is to offer a limited series MKC TriFan 600 that will feature plant-based materials throughout a custom interior designed by US celebrity chef Matthew Kenney.
The nine seat, carbon fibre TriFan 600 can run on SAF. Its range is 750 miles on vertical take off, or 1,380 miles from conventional take off.

Colorado-based eVTOL developer XTI Aircraft is to create a limited series of its TriFan 600 that will feature only plant-based materials throughout a custom luxury interior. These will be curated by plant-based lifestyle brand Matthew Kenney Cuisine (MKC), and will include a sustainable line of luggage. Passengers will also be given global passes to MKC restaurants in more than 20 cities around the world.

XTI CEO Robert LaBelle says: “We're thrilled to work with Matthew and his team as they represent the gold standard in developing sustainable living concepts, having first started in cuisine and now moving into sustainable materials such as aircraft interiors. XTI is committed to partnering with innovative, industry leaders such as MKC to deliver a truly sustainable travel solution to our customers.”
