StandardAero has appointed Peter Wheatley as VP and GM of the company's helicopters business unit, located in Winnipeg, Manitoba in Canada. In his new role, Wheatley will be responsible for managing StandardAero's broad range of support offerings for the helicopter segment, which include OEM-authorised engine MRO, airframe support, dynamic component repair, crash resistant fuel systems and avionics installations.
