Sweet puts the Cirrus Vision Jet on AOC
After 18 months of collaboration with the FAA, Sweet Aviation has managed to get its Cirrus Vision Jet put on to its AOC. It's only the second CVJ in charter service in the US.
Sweet Aviation is one of two operators approved for Vision Jet charter.

Fort Wayne, Indiana-based aircraft charter, flight training, rental and maintenance company Sweet Aviation has added a Cirrus Vision Jet to its Part 135 charter certificate. The aircraft joined the fleet in January 2018 but until now could only be used for training purposes.

The aircraft is just the 25th produced and is still one of very few available to the public for training and rental. Now Sweet Aviation is one of just two companies in the US approved to perform charter flights with the Vision Jet.

General manager Joel Pierce says: “We've worked really hard with the FAA for the past year and a half to make this a reality. When we purchased the Vision Jet we knew it would be a game changer for personal and business air travel, and we already have customers eagerly awaiting their flight.”
