Avialpes makes AL250 flight simulator purchase
Haute-Savoire flying school Avialpes is to take delivery of a single and multi engine piston simulator. Its multifunctionality will facilitate PPL as well as CPL and IFR training.
An AL250 flight simulator is on its way to Avialpes in France.

French flight training school Avialpes, located in Metz-Tessy, is to purchase an Alsim AL250 flight simulator.

The Alsim AL250 is a generic and compact simulator for single and multi engine piston (SEP/MEP reconfigurable) PPL, CPL and IR training. The device meets all current regulatory standards and responds to training requirements of smaller and mid-sized ATOs, flight schools and universities. With more than 40 devices installed worldwide, the AL250 has a proven track record for cost effectiveness and helps save numerous aircraft hours.

“We chose Alsim for the quality of relationships and listening,” explains general director Emmanuel Rety. “The team is warm and professional, with a real know-how. The proximity and seriousness of the support also guided our choice. Finally, the multifunctionality of the AL250 will allow us to do both PPL training and CPL and IFR training. Finally, thanks to its high quality visual, we will offer initiations for general public.”

Alsim sales account manager Mrs Anna Lezoray adds: “It is a great pleasure to welcome Avialpes as one of our customers. We are happy that the AL250 will contribute to the expansion of such a dynamic company.”

Avialpes is an ATO created in 2012 offering PPL, IFR and night flight training. Thanks to the AL250, the CPL-IR formations will open in winter 2019. Avialpes also carries out tourist flights on Mont Blanc thanks to its CTA, operates a Citation Mustang as part of an EIG in Annecy and relies on the support of its MecAvialpes approved maintenance workshop.
