Membership tiers refine Avinode customer targets
Tiered access to its charter product gives brokers the opportunity to fine tune their Avinode options. Memberships will be available to operators later in the year.
Avinode’s new membership tiers bring smart charter solution to more customers.

Avinode is improving access to its smart charter solution with the launch of three new membership tiers, tailoring its product offering to different types of business.

The three tiers are named Starter, Advanced and Ultimate, and are available for brokers immediately, with options for operators to follow later this year. All tiers include Avinode's core capabilities: Avinode search; airport look-up; aircraft details; messaging; trip board requests; iOS app; static operator directory; and access to Avinode's new Takeoff Ready filter.

Different membership fees for each tier mean customers can choose to upgrade each month as their business grows, unlocking new features to support evolving needs. For individuals or small teams of up to three brokers, the Starter package is just 599 euros per month for one user. Teams and larger charter businesses can gain access to Avinode's extended features and additional tools, including empty leg capabilities, with the Advanced package priced at 849 euros per month for one user. The Ultimate tier provides custom integrations with Avinode that drive new business and power excellence, including access to Avinode's suite of APIs. This option starts at 2,699 euros per month for one user. Whichever tier suits a client's needs, it's a flat fee of just 89 euros per month for each additional user.

Founder and EVP Per Marthinsson says: “Our customers rely on Avinode because they know we tailor our solutions to them. New features like Takeoff Ready are developed in close collaboration with our partners and based on their feedback; and we ensure seamless integration with every system they use.

“Our new membership tiers are a natural evolution of that principle. We're opening up Avinode to more customers than ever before, while empowering larger, established charter companies with Avinode's breadth of technology tools. It's bespoke; designed to match your business needs at each step as you develop. Whatever stage you're at, you can organise your workflow, manage more sales and find the right flight, faster, with Avinode membership.”
