StandardAero achieves STC for Ka-band on GV

Read this story in our July 2018 printed issue.

StandardAero has received approval from EASA for an STC to install Honeywell JetWave satcom systems and associated Ka-band radomes on EASA-registered Gulfstream GV/ GV-SP aircraft.

The company completed its first installations using Honeywell JetWave and Inmarsat's Global Express Ka-band satellite network for US operators in December 2017.
