Inflight caterer On Air Dining has been selected as the only UK company to partner with the DaVinci Inflight Training Institute, a flight attendant training school that officially launched last month in Florida, USA.

On Air Dining CEO Daniel Hulme will be teaching a one day course in modern culinary techniques and molecular gastronomy at the Fort Lauderdale Executive airport-based school that has been created by renowned business aviation caterer Paula Kraft and Scott Arnold, an expert in cabin safety training.
