The agreement allows San Marino-registered aircraft to fly commercial services under Air Operator Certificates issued by Aruba's Department of Civil Aviation.

The San Marino AOC further enhances Gama Aviation's growing portfolio of international operating certificates, complementing existing AOCs and operating structures across Malta, Austria, the Cayman Islands and the UK.

The decision to change aircraft registry reflects broader changes in ownership structure, operational strategy, financing requirements and regulatory expectations. It is not a decision driven solely by convenience or cost.
