Veryon launches integrated maintenance platform
Charter operators, management companies, MROs and flight departments can manage maintenance tracking, defect analysis and technical publications from one platform without reconciling separate systems.
Directors of maintenance can ask Veryon AIRE, by text or voice, whether a fault is occurring fleet-wide.

Newly-launched Veryon for Business Aviation brings maintenance tracking, MRO management, defect analysis and technical publications together in one integrated solution. Charter operators, management companies, MROs and flight departments no longer have to reconcile separate systems to keep aircraft proactively maintained, see defects early and action repairs in the hangar.

The platform includes Veryon AIRE, Veryon’s AI and data intelligence engine purpose-built for aviation. A conversational interface, it surfaces operational data, maintenance history and fleet patterns in ways teams can directly act on, using agentic AI to uncover emerging issues before an aircraft is grounded.

Veryon AIRE works inside the maintenance workflow rather than in a separate interface maintenance professionals must consult. A director of maintenance can ask, by text or voice, whether a fault is occurring fleet-wide and receive matching history across tails and the part associated with the fault. They can then open the work order without leaving the record, with technical publications available in the same platform. Every discrepancy, work order and part stays connected, so the intelligence that guides a technician’s next action also shows leadership where availability and costs are heading. Agentic AI handles the volume and suggests the action, while certified professionals still make the call.

Fleet data intelligence shows what resolved the same issue on the same make and model, drawn from de-identified data covering tails and component parts worldwide. An aircraft, work order or defect is captured once and carries its history everywhere, with compliance records updating when a job closes and no end-of-shift re-entry. Modular capabilities also cover fleet maintenance, inventory tracking, shop management, OEM-authorised technical publications and fleet-wide reliability.

Bethany Little, chief executive officer at Veryon, says: “Directors of maintenance don’t need another dashboard to check. They need the answer in their workflow at the moment the work is happening.”

Veryon has nearly 6,000 customers, 75,000 maintenance professionals and more than 100 OEMs in nearly 150 countries. Its platform draws on more than 50 years of experience and more than 100 million curated, de-identified maintenance events. Veryon customers have achieved up to a 75 per cent reduction in troubleshooting time for new technicians and up to a 23 per cent reduction in downtime costs.
