L2 Aviation appoints Marshall as sales VP
Jason Marshall moves from AMETEK to lead business development and customer engagement across L2's engineering, manufacturing and repair operations.
Marshall holds a degree from Harvard University and has a background in strategic account leadership.

L2 Aviation has appointed Jason Marshall as vice president of sales and business development. Marshall joins from AMETEK, where he served as director of business development, and holds a degree from Harvard University.

In the role Marshall will lead business development activity, build customer and partner relationships and work to convert qualified opportunities into bookings. His remit covers commercial markets and newer verticals including advanced air mobility, aligning sales activity with L2's engineering, manufacturing, certification, modification, repair and field-support capabilities.

“Jason and I have worked together before, so I know firsthand how exceptionally talented he is,” says Tony Bailey, president and chief operating officer of L2 Aviation. “He understands how to earn customer confidence, translate complex capabilities into clear value and turn opportunities into durable business.”

Marshall's appointment forms part of L2 Aviation's continued investment in its commercial team as the company builds out its integrated avionics, engineering, manufacturing and repair offering. “I am honoured to join L2 Aviation and excited by the opportunity ahead,” says Marshall. “My focus will be on listening to customers, building long-term relationships and working across the company to convert L2's technical depth into sustained profitable growth.”
