Thrive Aviation has secured a minority investment from Arulean Air, a subsidiary of Honda Aircraft Company, under a long-term agreement that establishes the foundation for a fractional ownership programme.

The Las Vegas-based operator, founded in 2018, currently runs a fleet of more than 30 aircraft across charter, aircraft management, jet card membership and maintenance services, and ranks among the world's ten largest private jet operators. Under the new arrangement, Arulean Air will acquire aircraft for the fractional programme, while Thrive will operate and manage it, covering flight operations and client relationships. The programme will launch with two aircraft types: the HondaJet HA-420 in the light jet category and the Bombardier Challenger 3500 in the super-midsize category, with owners matched to the appropriate aircraft for each mission.

Thrive has received its first two aircraft and expects to add four to six HondaJet HA-420s and two to four Challenger 3500s annually as the owner base and fleet expand. The fractional programme adds to Thrive's existing charter, management, jet card and maintenance services, positioning the company across most stages of private aircraft use and ownership.
