After a competitive nationwide process, High Flying Hangars has landed a lease contract for 36 acres of land at Boulder City Municipal airport.

The development plan currently includes hangars from 40ft in width for single-engine piston aircraft, up to 100ft in width for larger private jets, along with an exclusive multi-use clubhouse facility for owners. The parcel is located on the north side of the airport with excellent runway access.
