AvionTEq has expanded its range of pitot static test sets for hangar and flight-line applications, adding equipment from Druck, Barfield, Laversab and ATEQ.

Pitot static testers are used to test, service and calibrate aircraft air data and pitot-static systems, including altimeters, airspeed indicators, vertical speed indicators, air data computers and associated instrumentation. These systems are checked routinely during maintenance, troubleshooting, inspections and return-to-service procedures. Models available through AvionTEq include the Druck ADTS 405, 405F, 505, 542F, 552F, 553F and 554F, the Barfield DPS-350, DPS-400, DPS-450, DPS-500, DPS-501 and DPS-1000, the Laversab 6200, 6250, 6270, 6300, 6300-W, 6300-M3 and 6600-NG, and the ATEQ ADSE 550, 650 and 743. Units are offered new or refurbished and are also available for rental, calibration, repair and trade-in, depending on stock, giving maintenance organisations a way to weigh budget constraints and calibration cycles against operational urgency.
