Planet Nine Private Air (Planet 9), a premium charter operator and aircraft management company headquartered in Van Nuys, California, has added a newly acquired Pilatus PC-12 to its charter fleet, plus the return to service of its refurbished Global Express.
The Starlink-equipped PC-12 enhances Planet 9's floating fleet operations, complementing its high-capacity transcontinental and intercontinental offerings with an option to introduce new and existing clients to the local market with a more cost-effective regional option.
“This expansion reflects our ongoing commitment to providing an unparalleled private flight experience while meeting growing charter demand. By continuing to enhance our fleet and operational footprint, we ensure our clients receive the elevated service, reliability and consistency they expect from Planet 9,” says Matt Walter, co-CEO.
In addition to the PC-12, the Global Express has returned to service with a new cabin, featuring Starlink wi-fi and dark wood accents with a satin finish. This completion brings Planet 9's fleet to eight Starlink-equipped aircraft, with more aircraft to be converted later this year.
