United Aviation Services completes Mallorcair takeover
Founded in 1991 and family-owned since its inception, Mallorcair will continue to operate under its trusted brand and existing management team, which includes members of the founding family, ensuring continuity.
A welcoming space.

United Aviation Services, part of Stellair Group, has completed the acquisition of Mallorcair, the historic FBO and executive aviation handling operator at Palma de Mallorca airport in Spain.

The acquisition of Mallorcair, Stellair's most significant to date, represents a strategic milestone for United, bringing one of Europe's most renowned executive aviation handling stations and destinations into the group. The transaction brings together two companies that share a long-standing commitment to service excellence, operational reliability and customer care, while enhancing United's ability to support customers across Spain.

The addition of Mallorcair further broadens United's presence in the Balearic Islands, where the group already has a presence in Menorca and, through its subsidiary, Ibizair, in Ibiza.

Founded in 1991 and family-owned since its inception, Mallorcair will continue to operate under its trusted brand and existing management team, which includes members of the founding family, ensuring continuity for customers, partners and employees. United will support Mallorcair's continued development by providing access to the group's resources, encouraging the exchange of operational best practices and creating additional value for customers while preserving the local expertise and entrepreneurial culture that have contributed to Mallorcair's outstanding reputation.

With the addition of Mallorcair, Stellair becomes a group of four executive aviation handling companies, namely United Aviation, Ibizair, Omni Handling and VIPAero, forming a premium network of 41 stations and FBOs across five countries in the Iberian Peninsula and Africa (Portugal, Spain, Cape Verde, Angola and Mozambique). It handles more than 25,000 flights per year.

Founded in 1979, United Aviation Services is a provider of executive aviation handling and FBO services in Spain. With ground handling operations at 22 airports nationwide, including FBO services in Madrid, Barcelona, Málaga and, together with its subsidiary company Ibizair, Ibiza the group offers customers a broad network of executive aviation services across the country.

“This new chapter represents an exciting opportunity for Mallorcair. We share with United the same commitment to operational excellence, personalised customer service and long-term relationships. We are confident that joining the group will enable us to continue growing while preserving the identity and values that have defined Mallorcair for more than 30 years,” says the management of Mallorcair.
