Cutter Aviation has appointed Callie Printz to the role of customer and teammate experience (CTX) ambassador, based at the company's Phoenix, Arizona location.
In the role, Printz will focus on building relationships with customers and employees through direct follow-up and feedback across Cutter Aviation's maintenance, FBO and charter operations. The programme is designed to bring a more personal, high-touch approach to customer service while helping departments identify opportunities for continued improvement.
Will Cutter, president and CEO of Cutter Aviation, says: “Callie's ability to connect with people makes her a great fit for this role. The customer and teammate experience programme is designed to strengthen the connection between Cutter Aviation, our customers and our employees, while continuing to improve the level of service and support we provide across the company.”
Printz began her career with Cutter Aviation as a customer service representative at the company's Prescott, Arizona location. A year later she was promoted to customer service manager, building customer relationships while supporting daily operations and maintaining service standards, before moving into the CTX ambassador role.
