The DC Aviation Group has expanded its international aircraft management portfolio by introducing private aircraft operations under the Aruba P4 registration from a new base in Aruba.
The service is conducted in accordance with EASA Part NCC requirements governing non-commercial operations involving complex motor-powered aircraft. The framework provides European-standard operational oversight and compliance while maintaining the flexibility and discretion sought by private aircraft owners.
Alongside flight operations, the company provides a full management package covering regulatory, administrative and technical requirements associated with P4 registration.
Svenja Wortmann, Managing Director at DC Aviation Group, says: “With the launch of our Aruba service, we are expanding the options available to aircraft owners who demand the highest possible standards of professional, efficient, comprehensive aircraft management in a private setting. Our clients benefit from clear regulatory structures, many years of management experience and 360-degree support in line with established European standards. In addition to pure flight operations, this includes the maintenance of airworthiness by our own CAMO team, as well as the maintenance of P4-registered aircraft.”
The support package includes aircraft registration and commissioning, communication with authorities, regulatory reporting and document and compliance management. The company also assists with legal and tax-related matters, expert assessments and issues concerning pilot and technician qualifications.
Headquartered at Stuttgart Airport, DC Aviation Group has more than 25 years of experience in business aviation and provides aircraft management, charter, maintenance, hangarage and ground handling services.
Its operations span facilities in Dubai, Malta, Munich, Nice, San Marino and now Aruba. The addition of Aruba P4 registration further strengthens the group's international footprint and expands the range of management solutions available to aircraft owners worldwide.
