PrivatPort combines FBO network and OCC oversight
A Dubai-based control centre has connected dedicated FBO locations with Swissport's wider ground handling infrastructure worldwide.
The company's model places customer service and operational control under one structure.

PrivatPort is entering the next phase of its development as a fully integrated hybrid fixed base operator (FBO) platform, supported by a 24/7 operations control centre (OCC) in Dubai and a network of more than 70 ground locations.

The company represents the evolution of Swiss Executive Aviation, combining dedicated FBO infrastructure with centralised operational control to oversee the customer journey from initial request through to final destination.

Its dual-layer network combines nine flagship FBO locations with parent company Swissport's global ground handling footprint. Current flagship sites include Geneva, Morocco, New Zealand and Mexico, while additional locations are expected to come online in the coming weeks.

All activity is coordinated through PrivatPort's Dubai-based OCC, which serves as the central point of contact for operators, brokers and flight support teams. The centre integrates flight coordination, ground handling oversight, passenger services and customer requirements into a single operating environment with real-time visibility across the network.

Requests are managed end-to-end through the OCC, which allocates resources, coordinates station activity and oversees mission completion.

PrivatPort delivers services directly through its FBO operations and Swissport infrastructure rather than acting as a coordination layer. The company says the structure is designed to reduce fragmentation and create a single point of accountability for mission execution.

The platform combines private lounges, discretion and tailored hospitality for passengers and crews, supported by OCC-led coordination, operational oversight and contingency planning across the network.
