Aerowise opens subscriptions for aviation operations platform
The company debuted its platform at NBAA-BACE, giving pilots, flight departments and aircraft owners a shared view of each trip and its costs.

Argentine flight support company Aerowise has introduced its aviation operations platform at NBAA-BACE, with commercial subscriptions available for aircraft operators and owners.

Developed from hands-on experience in business aviation, the platform addresses the coordination work surrounding each flight: itineraries, permits, airport services, crew and passenger documentation, operational communications and expenses. By bringing this information together, Aerowise aims to reduce fragmented follow-up across messages, documents and separate systems.

For pilots and flight departments, the platform provides a shared view of the trip and the services that require attention. For aircraft owners and family offices, it connects operational activity with the review of flight costs.

The Flight Actuals workflow is designed to organise expenses by flight, identify missing invoices and support the review of charges before flight closure. Pilots retain responsibility for final expense approval, while owners and administrative teams gain visibility into reviewed costs and outstanding items. The approach extends beyond a card statement by placing expenses alongside the services and operational requirements associated with the trip.

Perla Fagundez Lentz, founder and CEO of Aerowise, says: “Aircraft owners need to understand what each flight costs, and pilots need a clear way to review the services and expenses they are responsible for.”

Fagundez Lentz adds: “We are building Aerowise around that shared need: clear information, explicit responsibilities and less time spent chasing documents and updates.”

Aerowise is also developing Amel-ia, an AI assistant to help users navigate operational information and follow-up tasks while preserving human review and decision-making.

Aerowise is an independent aviation services and technology company founded and led by Fagundez Lentz, whose experience in business aviation spans more than 21 years. It provides ground handling services in Argentina and Uruguay, international trip support and technology solutions for private aviation.
