Oberfield boosts EAP's ability to offer stellar service
A Navy veteran and licensed A&P mechanic, Chuck Oberfield built his career on hands-on technical experience and a commitment to supporting operators with transparency and the high level of service they deserve.
Chuck Oberfield is very experienced when it comes to APUs.

Engine Assurance Program (EAP) has named Chuck Oberfield director of APUs, adding a veteran industry professional whose experience strengthens the company's ability to support operators with expert APU coverage and service.

Oberfield brings a formidable 40-year track record in aviation maintenance and OEM sales leadership to the role. He spent 30 years at Honeywell Aerospace, including 19 years as a senior sales manager specialising in APU MSP programmes, where he developed deep expertise in maintenance service programmes, customer support and the evolving needs of business aviation operators.

A US Navy veteran and licensed A&P mechanic, Oberfield built his career on hands-on technical experience and a strong commitment to supporting operators with transparency and the high level of service they deserve.

“Adding Chuck in this new role allows EAP to offer an even more complete menu of engine support,” states Sean Lynch, EAP managing director. “His decades of experience with APUs and maintenance service programmes will help us continue delivering the knowledgeable, responsive support our customers expect.”

EAP supports the engines and APUs that power many of today's most popular business jets and continues to expand its capabilities with experienced industry talent. Chuck's appointment reinforces the company's commitment to pairing comprehensive coverage with practical expertise, while his blend of technical knowledge, sales leadership and customer-first philosophy brings added strategic oversight to the business aviation community.
