Million Air elevates facilities at three key locations
The developments enhance operations and allow for increased capacity at Utah's St. George Regional airport, Grant County International in Moses Lake, Washington, and Orlando Sanford International in central Florida.
Moses Lake construction is under way.

Luxury FBO brand Million Air's largest licensee, Freeman Holdings Group, is developing plans for three new state-of-the-art hangars at Million Air St. George, Million Air Moses Lake and Million Air Orlando, further expanding its real estate footprint and elevating service capabilities across key markets.

The developments enhance operational efficiency and allow for increased capacity at Utah's St. George Regional airport, Grant County International airport in Moses Lake, Washington, and Orlando Sanford International in central Florida. The hangars at Million Air Moses Lake and Million Air St. George are slated for completion in January 2027, while Million Air Orlando anticipates completion of its hangar in August 2026.

The new hangar at Million Air Moses Lake will feature 40,000 sq ft of space, of which 30,825 sq ft is dedicated to aircraft accommodations and 8,375 sq ft is dedicated to integrated office suites with bathrooms and shower facilities. The structure is being built with commercial and government narrow-body aircraft clients in mind, with space to accommodate two B737s or a single B757 on a long-term basis. The hangar also has the potential to serve general aviation clients with smaller aircraft on a shorter-term basis.

Positioned adjacent to the terminal and near the customs ramp, the facility is optimised for seamless international and domestic arrivals. Those who choose to lease with Million Air Moses Lake will benefit from its renowned favourable flying conditions, expert ground handling, modern amenities and attentive service.

Million Air St. George will soon break ground on a 22,500 sq ft, ramp-facing hangar designed for maximum accessibility to both the taxiway and the main FBO facility. Upon completion, it will be the largest hangar on the field, capable of accommodating a Gulfstream G650 or Bombardier Global 6000, featuring a 150 ft wide by 28 ft high door. Flexible leasing options will be available, ranging from transient parking to exclusive subleases.

Million Air St. George offers a full-service experience with more than 20 acres of ramp space, dedicated helicopter parking, a welcoming team and the recently-opened Jet Away Café by Chef Jeremy. Additionally, Million Air Orlando has begun construction on a 30,500 sq ft hangar, designed to accommodate mid-size to large-cabin business jets and better serve corporate, charter and transient traffic. The project represents a strong community investment, boosting airport activity, supporting local businesses, creating jobs and reinforcing the airport's role as a key business gateway.

The hangar will complement Million Air Orlando's stunning FBO, which features full-service capabilities, including expert line support, attentive concierge service, dedicated pilot spaces and premium fuelling.

Freeman Holdings Group, the largest licensee in the Million Air network, owns and operates 15 Million Air locations, seven Freeman Jet Centers and has an ownership interest in ACI Jet located in San Luis Obispo and Santa Ana in California.
