GLADA rolls out digital learning for sales broker training
The structured online system improves access to coursework and supports flexible progression while setting up future expansion of member education programmes.

The Global Aircraft Dealers Association (GLADA) has introduced a learning management system to deliver its Broker Education Program and wider training more effectively.

The platform simplifies how members access materials, follow structured pathways and complete coursework, with a design focused on usability and engagement. Participants can progress through the programme at their own pace, improving flexibility while maintaining consistency in delivery.

“This launch reflects our commitment to investing in our members and the future of the industry,” says Christine Blair, operating director at GLADA. “By bringing the Broker Education Program into a dedicated LMS, we’re enhancing the learning experience today while building a scalable foundation for ongoing education and professional development.”

The system also provides a base for expanding GLADA’s educational offer, with additional modules and resources planned to support evolving member requirements. The association said the move strengthens its focus on improving skills, professionalism and collaboration across business aviation.
