OGaraJets adds Spence and Mayfield to sharpen client experience team
The company has added specialists Christopher Spence and McRae Mayfield to strengthen its support for aircraft transactions.
Spence’s combination of flight training and aviation business education brings both operational and commercial insight to the company's aircraft transactions.

OGaraJets has added two client experience specialists at its Atlanta, Georgia base, strengthening how it manages aircraft transactions across the full deal lifecycle. Both hires support transactions from early prospecting through closing, helping coordinate internal communication, maintain documentation and keep timelines on track to deliver a more consistent client experience.

Christopher Spence brings a blend of flight training and aviation business education. He holds a commercial pilot certificate with an instrument rating and a Bachelor of Science in Aviation Science and Management, giving him both operational and commercial insight.

McRae Mayfield joins with a background in aviation instruction. She holds commercial pilot credentials across single engine and multi engine aircraft and is a certificated flight, instrument and multi engine instructor. Her previous roles at Auburn University and RD Aire focused on training pilots across private, instrument and commercial programmes.

“Chris and McRae each bring unique aviation perspectives that strengthen our client experience team,” says Ashley Charnely, COO of OGaraJets. “Their operational knowledge, strong work ethic and positive attitudes will help ensure our clients continue to receive the high level of organisation, communication and professionalism that defines the OGaraJets experience.”

The hires reinforce OGaraJets’ focus on strengthening execution across aircraft transactions, improving coordination from initial engagement through to completed deals.
