ManagedShare by MyFlight rolls out across Florida
Unlike traditional charter models or large-scale fractional programmes, ManagedShare limits participation to four total stakeholders per aircraft, including the owner, creating a controlled, predictable operating environment.

MyFlight Advisor is expanding its ManagedShare fleet with the addition of a south Florida-based Gulfstream G200, further strengthening the programme's presence in one of the most active private aviation markets in the US.

For this particular aircraft owner, the decision was straightforward: maintain full aircraft ownership, with anytime access, global reach and operational control, but without the burden of sourcing, qualifying and managing multiple lease participants or dealing with the unpredictability of charter operations.

“Our unique insights keep our client's aircraft on-time and in proper shape,” says Jeff Reis, founder and CEO of MyFlight Advisor. “From planning, routing, crew management, maintenance and catering, all our client needs to do is show up at the airport. ManagedShare is a breath of fresh air for private aviation users and owners.”

Unlike traditional charter models or large-scale fractional programmes, ManagedShare limits participation to four total stakeholders per aircraft, including the owner, creating a controlled, predictable operating environment. Qualified participants lease an equal allocation of flight hours based on a maximum annual level approved by the owner, ensuring disciplined usage that protects aircraft value while minimising long-term maintenance exposure.

Critically, the programme operates on the owner's schedule. The aircraft remains available whenever the owner is ready to fly, and all parties pay only for the hours they use, alongside a transparent monthly fixed cost structure. Airframe maintenance reserves are funded by programme participants, further insulating the owner from variable cost exposure.

“We designed ManagedShare to solve a very specific problem for aircraft owners: reducing the cost of ownership without complexity or sacrificing control,” Reis goes on. “With this G200, we handled everything from acquisition support and onboarding to full operational integration in south Florida. Our client simply shows up and flies.”

Through a comprehensive lease and management structure, MyFlight Advisor assumes full operational responsibility for the aircraft under owner-defined terms. This includes: crew staffing and management; maintenance oversight and vendor coordination; hangar and insurance administration; flight operations and trip scheduling; and participant sourcing, qualification and contract management.

The addition of this south Florida Gulfstream G200 represents a continued rollout of ManagedShare across key US markets, with additional aircraft expected to join the programme in 2026.
