Responding to the evolving demands of a dynamic European business aviation market, Prince Aviation has expanded its operational capabilities through the launch of sister company, Prince Aviation SI, in Slovenia, a fully approved EASA AOC holder operating under European Union regulations since February 2026.
Operating under an independent EU-based AOC enables enhanced efficiency, superior service delivery and closer alignment with European clients, while supporting business jet charter operations across Europe and beyond.
The new operational setup streamlines cross-border activities and supports continued fleet and charter development, building on the recent expansion of Prince Aviation's MRO capabilities.
“Driven by increasing market expectations and our commitment to the highest level of service, Prince Aviation has commenced flight operations through our Slovenian sister company following the issuance of a full EASA Air Operator Certificate,” says Srdjan Kragojevic, CEO. “Operating within the European regulatory framework allows us to enhance efficiency, expand our operational reach and deliver business aviation services under the highest industry standards.”
Prince Aviation is a business jet charter operator and flight school located in Belgrade Serbia, providing business jet charter services out of Belgrade and Ljubljana with a seven aircraft strong fleet of Cessna XLS, XLS+, CJ and M2 jets and a single Falcon 2000LXS. The company also provides structural repairs and modifications, avionics installations, engine repairs and interior retrofits from a recent expanded MRO hangar facility at Belgrade International Airport.
