Citation 560XL and Citation Latitude aircraft have been added to the maintenance support capabilities offered by Aero Star Aviation. The expansion broadened the company’s service offering beyond its established Embraer focus, which includes the Phenom 100 and 300 and Praetor 500 and 600 business jets.
“Our reputation has been built on providing exceptional support for Phenom and Praetor aircraft,” says Chris Grinnell, owner and president of Aero Star Aviation. “Adding the Citation airframe services allows us to extend that same commitment to safety, quality and responsiveness to a wider segment of the business aviation community.”
The additional capability includes scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting and general airframe support performed by the company’s technicians.
Customers are expected to benefit from streamlined maintenance activity, reduced downtime and direct access to experienced technical teams.
Founded in 2013, the FAA-approved repair facility operates from Dallas, Texas and Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The company specialises in Embraer Phenom 100 and 300 and Praetor 500 and 600 aircraft alongside the newly supported Citation 560XL and Citation Latitude platforms.
Maintenance services include scheduled maintenance, pre-purchase inspections, 10-year inspections, engine changes, line maintenance, wheel assembly exchange and aircraft-on-ground support.
Aero Star says it continues to invest in personnel, tooling and training to support the expanding range of aircraft types serviced by the company.
