Avfuel has promoted C.R. Sincock II to president and formed a group of senior executives to jointly oversee the company’s operations. The shift is part of a broader leadership strategy that also includes Joel Hirst becoming executive vice president, Marci Ammerman becoming senior vice president of marketing and strategic planning, and Jonathan Boyle becoming vice president of sales for contract fuel and bulk fuel.
Sincock, who joined the executive team full-time 18 years ago, now leads Avfuel’s overall operations and long-term growth. His key responsibilities include business development, supply and logistics, financial strategy and sustainable fuel solutions. He also remains active with customers, suppliers and industry boards including NBAA, NATA, AIRCO and Alder Renewables.
“While I've been part of the executive team for nearly two decades, stepping into the role of president is a meaningful responsibility,” says Sincock. “Avfuel has always been about long-term relationships, trust and people. I'm honoured to continue building on that foundation alongside Craig and our senior team.”
Craig Sincock, chairman and CEO of Avfuel, adds, “Avfuel may have been my career-defining opportunity, but it has always been part of C.R.'s life. That experience has put him in a prime position to lead the company forward as president.”
The new senior leadership group includes Hirst, Ammerman, Boyle, Mike Zultowski, Ron Cagle and Craig LaVigne. It provides shared oversight and supports execution and strategy across the business.
