Paragon keeps the focus on collaboration as it turns 15
Through vetting, ongoing collaboration and technology-driven coordination, Paragon ensures that every arrival and departure within the network reflects the same commitment to service, no matter the destination.

Paragon Aviation Group is celebrating its 15th anniversary, marking a milestone in its mission to elevate standards, strengthen partnerships and deliver a consistently exceptional experience across the global business aviation community.

Founded in 2011, Paragon was built on a simple vision: to create an elite network of independent FBOs and aviation service providers united by shared values of quality, consistency and collaboration. From its earliest days, Paragon set out to offer something distinct in the industry; an alternative to large chains that preserves independence while delivering the confidence of a trusted global network.

From day one, Paragon focused on rigorous vetting, meaningful collaboration and an unwavering commitment to service excellence. This approach has earned the organisation a trusted, globally recognised network of FBOs.

Today, the network has grown into a respected international community spanning more than 110 facilities worldwide. Through rigorous vetting, ongoing collaboration and technology-driven coordination, Paragon ensures that every arrival and departure within the network reflects the same commitment to five-star service, no matter the destination.

“Celebrating 15 years is a reflection of the incredible people behind Paragon; our FBO members, strategic partners and internal team who believe in raising the bar together,” says Crystal Kubeczka, president of Paragon Aviation Group. “What began as an idea rooted in quality and trust has evolved into a global network that continues to move business aviation forward.”

As Paragon reflects its journey, the focus remains firmly on the present momentum of the network. From enhanced marketing initiatives and strategic partnerships to data-driven insights and collaborative programmes, Paragon continues to support its members with tools designed to drive visibility, efficiency and long-term growth.

Looking ahead, the future of The Paragon network is centred on thoughtful expansion, innovation and deeper engagement across the aviation ecosystem. Paragon plans to continue investing in technology, partner-driven opportunities and member resources that strengthen connectivity while preserving the individuality and excellence of each FBO.

“Our future is about evolution, not just growth,” Kubeczka adds. “We are committed to expanding the network with intention, enhancing the value we deliver and ensuring Paragon remains a trusted standard of excellence for the next 15 years and beyond.”

As Paragon Aviation Group enters this milestone year, it does so with gratitude for its past, confidence in its present and excitement for what lies ahead continuing to connect people, places and possibilities across the world of business aviation.
