Hop-A-Jet has renewed its designation as a Wyvern Wingman PRO certified operator, reaffirming its commitment to the highest standards of operational safety. Hop-A-Jet maintains its Wingman PRO status through active participation in the Flight Leader Program, supported by ongoing quarterly coaching from Wyvern.
The Wyvern Wingman Standard, the aviation industry's first standard developed specifically to audit air charter operations, serves as a trusted safety benchmark. It enables charter customers to evaluate operator performance against recognised industry best practices, with a focus on risk management, operational discipline and safety culture.
Hop‑A‑Jet Worldwide Jet Charter is a provider of private jet management and charter services headquartered in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. With more than four decades of experience, it operates a fleet of Bombardier Challenger and Learjet 60 aircraft.
“It's an honour for Hop-A-Jet to be part of Wyvern's Wingman PRO and Flight Leader Program,” says Douglas Spanier, Hop-A-Jet's director of safety. “Wyvern sets the benchmark for aviation safety and operational integrity, and these programmes represent the gold standard in our industry. Our participation reflects our alignment with Wyvern's rigorous standards and our respect for its leadership in advancing safety across business aviation.”

“Renewing Wingman PRO certification reflects Hop-A-Jet Worldwide Jet Charter's unwavering focus on safety and operational integrity, setting it apart in private aviation,” says Andrew Day, Wyvern's chief operating officer. “This signals to clients and partners that it consistently strives to meet rigorous industry standards.”
The designation highlights Hop-A-Jet's proactive approach to safety management, including ongoing evaluation of operational procedures, pilot training and risk mitigation strategies. By integrating predictive safety practices and fostering a culture where every team member actively contributes to safety, Hop-A-Jet ensures the highest level of reliability and confidence for clients, reinforcing its reputation as a leader in private aviation.
