Runway construction changes date of 2026 White Plains forum
The one-day forum has moved to May 20 at Westchester County Airport after planned FAA runway works prompted a change from the original June schedule.
The forum will remain at Westchester County Airport, which also hosted last year’s gathering.

The National Business Aviation Association has shifted the date of its 2026 White Plains Regional Forum to Wednesday May 20 due to Federal Aviation Administration runway construction at Westchester County Airport.

The forum was originally scheduled for June 3 2026 and will still take place at Westchester County Airport which also hosted last year’s event.

NBAA says the change was required because of newly planned construction work on the airport’s primary runway during the second quarter of 2026. The Westchester County Airport Authority has told NBAA that the construction will not disrupt the forum.

“We look forward to hosting what has become an essential event bringing together aircraft exhibitors networking opportunities and important conversations with industry's most knowledgeable professionals all in one place,” says Ed Bolen President and CEO at NBAA.

“Our thanks to the airport officials who worked with NBAA to update our plans for the forum and ensure that it will proceed in a smooth and coordinated manner. We also look forward to continuing our longstanding relationship with the team at Million Air's White Plains FBO facility and we appreciate their flexibility in working with us to produce the forum on the event's new date,” adds Bolen.

NBAA’s Regional Forums bring together thousands of attendees hundreds of exhibitors an aircraft showcase and expert-led discussions on key industry topics for a single-day event. The forums are valued for in-person networking business planning and professional development.
