OK3 Air, the FBO at Heber Valley airport in Utah, has unveiled its new state-of-the-art hangar, to be completed by the end of the year, and a series of significant infrastructure enhancements designed to support the airport's long-term growth.

The hangar will offer 31,500 sq ft of modern, flexible space, making it large enough to accommodate an ultra long range business jet. With this addition, the airport will offer a total of 65,000 sq ft of hangar capacity, giving both business and leisure travellers expanded opportunities to securely store their aircraft.

The project, overseen by Span Construction and Engineering, includes extensive airside improvements critical to enhancing operational safety and efficiency. Upgrades include a 20,000 sq ft ramp, FAA-compliant drainage systems and new aircraft markings, all designed to strengthen the airport's ability to meet future capacity.

“This new hangar and its infrastructure mark an exciting milestone for OK3 Air and for the future of aviation in our region,” says Nadim AbuHaidar, owner of OK3 Air. “We're excited to open the doors and deliver expanded capabilities that meet the rising demand from private aircraft.”

Hangar tenants get full access to OK3 Air's premier amenities, including full line services, personalised concierge services, avionics support and on-site Part 145 maintenance. Inside, the facility boasts a bright, welcoming lobby, a conference room with seating for eight and a comfortable lounge area, all supported by OK3 Air's dedicated, professional team. Pre-leasing is now available.

Strategically located in the heart of the Intermountain West, the FBO provides convenient access to world-renowned destinations such as Deer Valley, Sundance and Park City, making it an ideal home for aircraft serving both business and recreation travellers.

As an Avfuel-branded partner, OK3 Air provides customers with lucrative rewards with AVTRIP and competitive prices with Avfuel Contract Fuel. Customers will also benefit from transaction ease when using the Avfuel Pro Card at the FBO with the ability to put everything, including fuel and non-fuel items with or without a fuel purchase, on one transaction, avoiding processing fees.
