Hampton Roads partners with Avfuel to elevate GA experience
Hampton Roads Executive Airport has entered into a branding partnership with Avfuel, enhancing fuel operations, customer rewards and sustainability offerings for pilots and operators.
Avfuel will bring operational support and sustainable aviation solutions to KPVG’s expanding facilities.

Hampton Roads Executive Airport (KPVG) has entered a strategic partnership with Avfuel. The agreement forms part of the airport’s ongoing programme to develop facilities and improve service provision for general aviation in southeastern Virginia.

“Partnering with Avfuel marks a defining step in our journey,” says Steven Fox, managing member of Virginia Aviation Associates LLC and owner of Hampton Roads Executive Airport. “We're committed to raising the bar for every pilot, passenger and operator that chooses KPVG. Avfuel's reputation for reliability, quality and aviation expertise aligns perfectly with our goals for growth and a high standard of service.”

Through the agreement, Hampton Roads Executive Airport will benefit from Avfuel's premium fuel supply and operational support, including FAA-approved line service and supervisory training. Operators fuelling at KPVG will gain access to AVTRIP rewards, competitive pricing through Avfuel Contract Fuel, streamlined transactions with the Avfuel Pro Card, and sustainability tools like book and claim for SAF and carbon offsetting.

“We're thrilled to introduce Avfuel's extensive contract fuel programme and lucrative AVTRIP pilot rewards programme to Hampton Roads Executive Airport,” says Fox. “These offerings add tremendous value for our customers, expanding their access to competitive pricing, international fuel support and loyalty rewards within Avfuel's trusted network.”

The partnership aligns with Hampton Roads Executive Airport’s broader expansion strategy. The airport recently completed a $20 million jetport complex featuring eight corporate hangars and a full-service FBO, part of more than $80 million invested since 2000.

“We couldn't be more proud to align Avfuel's brand with that of Hampton Roads Executive Airport,” says Joel Hirst, Avfuel's senior vice president of sales. “KPVG has long held a reputation for outstanding customer care and is dedicated to investing in not only its airfield, but also the industry at large, a commitment Avfuel shares with its own investments and network-wide initiatives.”
