Phoenix, Arizona-headquartered jetNEXA has joined the Air Charter Safety Foundation’s Aviation Safety Action Program (ASAP).
Developed in cooperation with the FAA, ASAP is a voluntary, non-punitive reporting programme that encourages flight crews and other aviation professionals to identify and share safety concerns. The programme’s goal is to detect and correct potential hazards before they lead to incidents or accidents, creating a culture of continuous improvement across the industry.
“At jetNEXA, safety isn’t a box to check, it’s built into every decision we make,” says pilot and safety manager Jason Figueroa. “Joining the ACSF ASAP reinforces our belief that transparency and shared learning are the keys to advancing safer skies. This collaboration ensures that our team continues to lead with accountability, innovation and an unwavering commitment to our passengers and crews.”
“By joining ASAP, jetNEXA demonstrates a clear commitment to proactive safety management,” said Debi Carpenter, president of the Air Charter Safety Foundation. “Its participation strengthens the collective learning that benefits the entire business aviation community. Safety is not just a regulatory requirement, it's a strategic investment that protects lives, preserves assets and builds trust.”
