Thrive operates out of Henderson, Nevada.

Thrive Aviation has renewed its Wyvern Wingman PRO certification, reaffirming its unwavering commitment to safety and operational excellence through continued participation in Wyvern's Flight Leader Program (FLP). Wingman PRO validates organisational safety culture utilising the most advanced safety culture evaluation tools recognised by safety experts and regulatory bodies worldwide. A safety benchmark set above Wyvern's flagship Wingman programme, Wingman PRO is the aviation industry's highest safety standard.

“Renewing our Wingman PRO certification is a testament to the culture of safety and excellence that defines Thrive Aviation,” says Keith Boone, senior director of enterprise safety at the Las Vegas-headquartered private jet operator. “This achievement reflects the dedication of every team member to uphold the industry's highest standards while continuing to deliver an exceptional and reliable travel experience for our clients.”

Wyvern Wingman PRO is awarded to operators that demonstrate effectiveness in all areas of SMS, excel in addressing human factors and organisational safety culture and maintain continuous conformity to international standards through an internal audit programme.

“We are proud to recognise Thrive Aviation for renewing its Wingman PRO certification, which reflects its unwavering dedication to safety, operational excellence and proactive aircraft maintenance,” confirms Andrew Day, senior vice president of operations at Wyvern. “Wingman PRO operators set themselves apart by committing to third-party validation through Wyvern's comprehensive assessment process and continuous safety monitoring.”
