Leviate strengthens presence with Vault Aviation acquisition
The company has integrated Vault Aviation’s client base into its FAA-certified fleet operations and sales divisions, reinforcing its reach in specialised markets requiring discretion and high service

Leviate Air Group, a Texas-based Part 135-certified charter, sales and management services provider, has acquired the business operations of Dallas-headquartered charter brokerage Vault Aviation. The company is recognised for its presence in sports, entertainment and high-net-worth client segments.

The acquisition broadens Leviate’s position as a provider of bespoke private aviation solutions while expanding its reach into specialised markets. Vault’s client base, which includes professional athletes, talent and other affluent clients, is now integrated with Leviate’s operational capabilities, including its FAA-certified fleet and sales and acquisitions divisions.

“This acquisition represents a pivotal step in Leviate Air Group's growth strategy. Vault Aviation has built a trusted reputation among some of the most discerning clients in the industry, and we are proud to integrate its expertise and client relationships into our organisation. Together, we will continue to raise the bar for service and innovation in private aviation,” says Leviate Air Group CEO Luis Barros.

“Joining forces with Leviate Air Group offers Vault Aviation's clients an immediate gateway to a full suite of aviation services, including aircraft sales and acquisitions, aircraft management and priority access to Leviate's growing fleet. We'll be looking to aggressively expand our footprint offering services to professional athletes, talent management firms and sports agencies,” adds Vault Aviation president and co-founder Paul Taskalos.

The acquisition closed on October 1, and integration efforts have begun to ensure a seamless transition for clients and employees while maintaining continuity of service.
