Global Air Charters (GAC), a US Part 135 provider of business aircraft charter and management solutions, has been re-certified as airworthy for NASA mission operations following a comprehensive inspection by NASA Johnson Space Center’s Flight Operations Directorate. The certification authorises GAC to execute contracted NASA missions through May 2027.
The airworthiness notice confirms that Global Air Charters, headquartered in Roseville, Minnesota, meets the rigorous standards outlined in NASA Standard 7919.1, which establishes strict requirements for aircraft operations supporting NASA missions.
“This re-certification represents a significant achievement for our team and reinforces our commitment to maintaining the highest standards of aviation excellence,” says Michael Vanacore-Netz, CEO of Global Air Charters. “We are incredibly proud to continue our partnership with NASA and to support its critical missions.
