A buzzing hall and full static display keep ACE25 delegates busy
This year's event cemented ACE as a must-attend event for the charter industry, with attendees commenting on it being the most important event in their annual calendar.
Dassault's Falcon 8X attracted long queues.

Glorious sunshine greeted delegates to the annual Air Charter Expo on Tuesday 9 September 2025 at London Biggin Hill airport.

The popular show, organised by Business Air News in partnership with The Air Charter Association, has seen continued growth, setting consistent records for numbers of attendees and exhibitors. This year, more than 2,000 delegates registered for the expo, which included over 100 exhibiting companies and more than 20 aircraft, including a Dassault Falcon 8X presented by the manufacturer and a trio of aircraft by Textron: a Citation Latitude, Citation M2 and a Grand Caravan EX in celebration of the turboprop’s 40th anniversary. The event presented outstanding networking opportunities and a unique chance to go on board an impressive range of fixed-wing and rotary aircraft.

ACE show sales director Brad Wright was delighted with the turnout: “It was a delight to host this biggest Air Charter Expo to date. We had a cross-section of the entire industry at the show including exhibitors from the major OEMs, industry-leading operators and a fantastic mix of professional air charter brokers. The exhibition hall was buzzing all day, and the aircraft static display was full from start to finish. This year’s event cemented ACE as a must-attend event for the charter industry, with attendees commenting on it being the most important event in their annual calendar.

“Work will soon start on ACE26, with a new-look floor plan. There’s no place for complacency in the aviation industry, and I look forward to putting together an engaging, relevant and exciting programme for 2026.”

ACA’s chief executive Glenn Hogben says: “Air Charter Expo is a flagship event in the aviation calendar that consistently delivers in showcasing the best of the air charter industry. The show continues to develop year upon year, and we are delighted to set another record for the number of attendees and exhibitors at ACE25.”

Robert Walters, commercial director, London Biggin Hill airport, says: “ACE25 has once again exceeded expectations, with record numbers of exhibitors, aircraft and delegates attending from around the world. It’s inspiring to see the industry come together at London Biggin Hill, reinforcing our airport’s role at the heart of the business aviation community.”

A highlight of the show was the conference sessions, featuring leading professionals from across the air charter industry. The focus of the programme this year was the state of the industry in 2025, challenges posed by regulation and taxation, and dispelling the idea that business aviation is simply about luxury. The sessions were moderated by the ACA’s chairman Kevin Ducksbury, deputy chair Julie Black and chief executive Glenn Hogben.

Business Air News has long experience of staging specialist business aviation events, stretching back to the first European Business Air Show in 1991, where the 125-1000 was launched with a full-size mock-up cabin. Fifteen further shows were held in the UK, France, Germany and the Netherlands before the one-day Business & General Aviation Day finally landed at London Biggin Hill in 2015. The close partnership with The Air Charter Association saw the name change in 2016 to ACE and the rest, as they say, is history.

The organisers are grateful to event sponsors: Dassault Aviation, Private Jet Centre - London City airport, Air bp, Qatar Executive, Close Brothers, FCG OPS, XLR Executive Jet Centres and Apogee.

ACE26 will take place on Tuesday 8 September 2026, so be sure to mark the date in your diary.
