Líder leads the way with Beta partnership in Brazil
Brazil's Lider will sell Beta's two models, the Alia 250 (eVTOL) and CX300 (eCTOL), which offer zero carbon emissions, low noise and recharging that is compatible with Brazilian electrical infrastructure.
Brazil is a powerhouse in global aviation, with more than 98 million domestic passengers annually.

Lider Aviacao has entered into a partnership with Beta Technologies, a US electric aircraft developer, to be its exclusive representative in Brazil. As part of the agreement, the Brazilian full service executive aviation company will also establish an authorised service centre and will acquire three of Beta's electric aircraft with the option to purchase another 50.

With this partnership, Lider will sell Beta's two models, the Alia 250 (eVTOL) and CX300 (eCTOL), which offer zero carbon emissions, low noise and recharging that is compatible with Brazilian electrical infrastructure. More than new products, Lider sees Beta's aircraft as offering new possibilities in urban and regional transport, corporate flights, routes between airports, deliveries and even aeromedical transport, representing a strategic complement to its fleet of business aircraft and helicopters.

“Brazil is a powerhouse in global aviation, with more than 98 million domestic passengers annually and the second largest civil aviation fleet in the world,” says Patrick Buckles of Beta's commercial team. “Over the past 66 years Lider Aviacao has established itself as a leader in this market, offering top-tier passenger, cargo and medical transport operations, and unparalleled MRO service. We couldn't imagine a better partner to enter this new market with, and we look forward to all that's to come.”
