Pinnacle expands Mesa footprint with Part 145 certificate
The addition of Aviation One’s Falcon Field facility and mobile services has positioned the Scottsdale operator to serve wider regional needs.
Paul Perakes will lead the expanded maintenance team as director of maintenance at Pinnacle Aviation.

Pinnacle Aviation has acquired a Part 145 repair station certificate from Aviation One, strengthening its ability to support aircraft owners and operators beyond its managed fleet. The move brings significant maintenance capacity through a 29,000 square-foot, air-conditioned facility at Falcon Field in Mesa, Arizona. This complements the company’s Scottsdale hangars and will support aircraft types including Pilatus, Cessna, Beechcraft, Embraer, Gulfstream, Learjet and Dassault Falcon.

The company is also enhancing its mobile capabilities, offering on-site inspections and AOG services. Founder and president Curt Pavlicek says: “The addition of the Part 145 certificate and facility is a strategic investment in the future of Pinnacle Aviation. We're now equipped to serve not only our managed fleet but also aircraft owners across the region who are looking for a maintenance partner they can trust.”

Director of maintenance Paul Perakes will lead operations and oversee integration. He says: “We're excited to bring Aviation One into the Pinnacle Aviation family. This gives us the tools, talent and space to serve our clients more effectively than ever before.”

Additional FAA-certified A&P technicians and avionics specialists will be hired to support the expanded service offering.
