Phenix Jet sustains safety leadership with Wingman recertification
The operator reinforced its commitment to safety by maintaining Wingman status and advancing its safety system to Level 4 certification.
Phenix Jet’s safety system has progressed to Level 4 through its participation in Wyvern’s Flight Leader Program.

Phenix Jet International has renewed its status as a Wyvern Wingman certified operator, continuing its participation in the Wyvern Flight Leader Program that includes quarterly safety coaching. The Wingman standard, known as a leading air charter safety benchmark, ensures clients are choosing providers that meet the highest operational standards.

“Safety is not merely a requirement, it is the foundation of our organisational identity,” says Phenix Jet president and CEO Paul Schembari. “The recognition of Wyvern Wingman operator status, together with the advancement of our safety management system to Level 4, reflects the depth of our team's commitment to operational excellence. Through active participation in Wyvern's Flight Leader Program, we have developed and institutionalised a quality and safety management system that strengthens interdepartmental coordination, embeds accountability and drives continuous improvement across both our Part 91 and Part 135 operations.”

Founded in 2017, Phenix Jet International operates from Tokyo, Guam, Hong Kong, Cayman, Singapore, the Philippines and the USA, offering executive charter, aircraft management and maintenance services.

Wyvern senior vice president of operations Andrew Day adds: “Phenix Jet International has once again proven its leadership in aviation safety by renewing its Wingman certification. Its adherence to best practices and ongoing safety monitoring demonstrates its commitment to long-term excellence.”
