Solairus renews Wingman certification
The company's evaluation included safety management, compliance monitoring and training, supported by quarterly coaching from Wyvern to maintain Wingman status.
Solairus manages more than 340 aircraft from 75-plus base locations across the US.

Solairus Aviation has renewed its status as a Wyvern Wingman certified operator by continuing participation in the Flight Leader Programme, supported by quarterly coaching sessions. The Wingman standard, regarded as the first air charter audit benchmark in the sector, offers a means for customers to assess providers against recognised safety and operational practices.

“Maintaining our Wyvern Wingman certification reflects Solairus' unwavering commitment to safety. I'm proud of our team for continuing to uphold the highest standards that define our industry-leading safety programmes,” says Rene Cervantes, Solairus COO.

The Wingman evaluation covers a wide range of areas including compliance systems, internal audits, safety and risk management procedures, emergency response planning and training. The audit also reviews human factors and overall safety culture.

Based in Petaluma, California, Solairus manages a fleet of more than 340 aircraft from over 75 locations and delivers private jet charter and aircraft management services across the US. It also holds an ARG/US Platinum rating and IS-BAO Stage III status.

Solairus Aviation's successful renewal of their Wingman certification reflects its unwavering commitment to safety and excellence,” adds Wyvern senior vice president of operators Andrew Day. “This achievement not only affirms its safety management system's alignment with international compliance but also demonstrates its adherence to the highest global standards and professional codes of practice in operations and aircraft maintenance.”
