JSSI promotes Roger and appoints Figueiredo to key roles
Fabrice Roger steps up to EVP business development, while Philipe Figueiredo takes over global parts and leasing efforts.
Fabrice Roger’s new remit includes offices in Farnborough, Frankfurt and Dubai, with coverage extending across Europe, Africa and Asia-Pacific.

Jet Support Services Inc. has promoted Fabrice Roger to executive vice president of business development for Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia-Pacific, while also appointing Philipe Figueiredo as vice president of business development for its Parts & Leasing division.

Roger will oversee all business segments in his regions, leading a centralised sales and maintenance support team across JSSI’s Maintenance Programs, Parts & Leasing and Traxxall services. Since joining in 2022, he has brought experience from Travelex, Western Union and nearly ten years managing $1 billion in transactions at Jetcraft. Now based in Dubai, his remit includes operations in Farnborough, Frankfurt and across France, Monaco, Spain, Luxembourg, Austria, Turkey, South Africa and the wider Asia-Pacific.

“Having witnessed the exceptional level of service that JSSI provides to the marketplace from my prior role in the aircraft sales world and now being on this side of the table, I truly understand the dedication and effort required to deliver this quality service,” says Roger. “It is outstanding to see what our technical team accomplishes in the field and the proactive work we put behind every maintenance event.”

JSSI chief commercial officer Francisco Zozaya says: “Fabrice is a tremendous leader who has consistently demonstrated exceptional ability in aligning and leading our business to serve the fast-growing markets and sophisticated operators in his region.”

Meanwhile, Figueiredo will lead all global commercial activity for the Parts & Leasing business, which launched in 2014. The division maintains over 100,000 parts, more than 80 engines and APUs for lease, and a digital procurement tool called PartsHub introduced in 2023. His previous roles include managing director at Razac, chief commercial officer at Timbro and sales leadership at Honeywell International and Lider Táxi Aéreo.

“After more than two decades in aircraft sales, acquisitions and operations, I’ve seen firsthand the impact and excellence of JSSI's service,” says Figueiredo. “Now, joining this incredible team, I’m excited to roll up my sleeves and help drive even more value for our clients and partners around the world.”

Zozaya adds: “Our commitment to the market and, above all, to our customers starts with selecting the right talent: professionals who elevate our ability to deliver the best service in the industry.”
