Embraer to select Gogo Galileo HDX for enhanced Phenom 300 connectivity
STC installation will enable streaming and gaming through Eutelsat’s LEO satellite network, with phased certification coming throughout 2025 and 2026.
FAA approval for the HDX solution on Phenom 300s is anticipated in the third quarter of 2025.

Embraer will offer Gogo's Galileo HDX in-flight connectivity on Phenom 300 aircraft via a supplemental type certificate developed jointly with Gogo. The system uses a compact half-duplex antenna and one line replaceable unit. Passengers can expect 4K streaming, video calls, gaming and large file transfers with speeds like those found in homes or offices.

The solution leverages the Eutelsat OneWeb Low-Earth-Orbit satellite network to provide a consistent, fast and reliable service. FAA certification is expected in Q3 2025, followed by ANAC in Q4 and EASA in Q1 2026. The Phenom 300E will be added later.

“The goal is to continuously enhance the flight experience with best-in-class resources,” says Embraer's Marsha Woelber. Gogo’s Michael Skou-Christensen adds that the HDX antenna is “purpose-built for business aviation use.”

Availability will vary by region. Embraer’s service centre and authorised service networks will support STC installations. Customers should contact Embraer aftermarket sales.
