Falcon Technic welcomes first third-party maintenance client in Dubai
The company's Bombardier Global 5000 contract follows GCAA CAR 145 approval and comes ahead of minor modification services being added.

Falcon Technic, the MRO division of Alex Group Investment, has taken on its first third-party maintenance client, a Bombardier Global 5000. The move follows the company receiving UAE GCAA CAR 145 approval and a certificate as an Approved Maintenance Organisation.

Until now, Falcon Technic has mainly served Falcon Luxe, the group’s charter arm. By improving planning and efficiency, the division has helped Falcon Luxe reduce its maintenance costs by 50 per cent. The same approach is now being extended to external clients.

Founder and chairman Mr Sultan Rashit Abdulla Rashit Al Shene says: “This is a proud moment for us as we expand Falcon's capabilities. Our focus has always been on quality and customer satisfaction. Welcoming our first third-party maintenance client is a key step toward establishing Falcon Technic as a trusted partner for aviation maintenance in the region.”

The 13,705 sqm facility at Dubai’s Mohammed Bin Rashid Aerospace Hub supports aircraft up to A380 size and will soon offer minor modification services. Around-the-clock support is already available. Falcon Technic’s current approval covers Bombardier Challenger and Embraer types.
