Welch appointment bolsters Coleman's focus on analysis
Chicago’s Coleman Jet Solutions strengthened its aircraft brokerage services by hiring JonRobert Welch to enhance data interpretation and inform client strategies through research.
President David Coleman says solo brokers often struggle to interpret data accurately.

Coleman Jet Solutions, a Chicago-based boutique aircraft brokerage and advisory firm, has brought JonRobert Welch on board as market research analyst.

Prior to joining Coleman Jet Solutions, Welch worked for a leading American automotive manufacturer where he conducted market analysis and developed sales strategies. He holds a degree in Organisational and Business Psychology from Indiana University Bloomington, giving him an analytical perspective on market dynamics and consumer behaviour.

President David Coleman says: “The ability to accurately interpret data is crucial to the aircraft sales process. It is something that solo brokers struggle to accomplish properly. Clients of Coleman Jet Solutions will benefit from the data, trends and insights that JonRobert will bring to the table.”

Originally from Minnesota, Welch is now based at Coleman Jet Solutions' headquarters in Highland Park, Illinois.
