Embraer backlog surpasses US$26.4bn with strong executive aviation gains
Executive aviation deliveries rose by 28% and helped set a fresh backlog record for the company, while the Phenom 300 continued to dominate the light jet sector.
The Phenom 300 maintained its title as best-selling light jet for the 13th year running.

Embraer's backlog reached US$26.4 billion in the first quarter of 2025, surpassing the previous historical high from the prior quarter. The company delivered 30 aircraft, 20% more than in 1Q24, when 25 were delivered. First quarter deliveries accounted for 13% of the full year midpoint guidance of 231 aircraft, compared to a five-year average of 11% for the same period.

In executive aviation, backlog rose to a record US$7.6 billion, 3% higher than the previous record in 4Q24. Embraer delivered 23 jets, consisting of 14 light jets and nine midsize jets. The light jet deliveries included two Phenom 100s and 12 Phenom 300s, while the midsize segment included three Praetor 500s and six Praetor 600s.

Executive aviation deliveries increased 28% from 1Q24’s 18 jets and represented 15% of the 150 aircraft midpoint guidance for 2025, above the 11% five-year average for first quarter periods. In February, the Phenom 300 series was named the world’s best-selling and most delivered light jet for the 13th consecutive year and the most delivered twin-engine jet for the fifth consecutive year, according to GAMA.
