PC-12 brings short-range clout to Heron
The PC-12’s home airport of Lübeck can now offer Heron Aviation customers a further aircraft in the northern part of Europe, from which the most popular destinations can be reached quickly and at short notice.
The PC-12 is reputed to be a dependable performer.

German operator Heron Aviation is expanding its fleet with the addition of a Pilatus PC-12, which will fly under EASA Ops and the Heron Aviation AOC with the registration D-FPOS. The aircraft is a single engine turboprop multi-purpose aircraft from Swiss aircraft manufacturer Pilatus Aircraft with a pressurised cabin. It strengthens the company’s growing charter fleet in the short-range sector.

The aircraft, with a capacity of eight seats, is known for its versatility and reliability. The popular single engine turboprop was designed as a high-performance commercial aircraft with a large rear cargo door in addition to the main passenger door.

The PC-12’s home airport of Lübeck can now offer customers a further aircraft in the northern part of Europe, from which the most popular destinations can be reached quickly and at short notice.

Martin Helbling, MD of Heron Aviation, states: “By adding this aircraft to our fleet, Heron will be able to maintain its expertise in various aircraft sectors. I’m proud of our Heron team in Lauchringen, whose support has made the fleet introduction an excellent process. We look forward to being able to offer this aircraft to our charter and management customers.”
