Bluetail rolls out Fleet platform for multi-aircraft operations
With Fleet, Part 135 and 91 operators have been given access to a records system built to ease conformity, audits and inspections.

Bluetail has launched Fleet, a digital aircraft records platform tailored to business aviation operators running multiple aircraft. Built with input from Part 135 and 91 operators, the system aims to simplify document handling and compliance procedures across an entire fleet.

The platform includes a unified search and sharing hub, conformity tracking tools, integration with maintenance systems, and secure access features. CTO Kent Pickard says it was “built to simplify the complex, from compliance tracking and conformity inspections to AOG research and audit readiness”.

CEO Roberto Guerrieri adds: “Business aviation operators have told us that they continue to have labour shortages and need a more efficient, intelligent solution to reduce the time and cost tied to maintenance and inspections. Bluetail Fleet is that solution, developed in close collaboration with our customers to deliver greater control, streamlined compliance and significant time savings for operators managing anywhere from a few aircraft to large-scale fleets.”

Operators using Bluetail Fleet can cut research time by up to 50% and generate reports for regulators and service providers more efficiently. Predefined search templates and bulk tools are expected to boost records access speed tenfold, supporting faster revenue generation and improved audit readiness.

The system also enables easier tracking of airworthiness directives, service bulletins and other regulatory items. Bluetail says the rollout supports its mission to protect aircraft value, improve collaboration and help operators prepare for future events with complete digital histories.
